Please be advised that I do NOT offer couple's counseling. "Family" therapy includes the teen and their caregiver(s).

I also am unable to see court ordered individuals in my private practice.

"Self Pay" Rates for Sessions:

Assessment (90 minutes) $150

Individual therapy(CBT) (60 minutes) $85

Family therapy (60-70 minutes) $110

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) (75 minutes) $85

Sessions are based on each client’s unique goals and treatment plan. Please know that legal guardians are required to be involved in their child’s therapy, and I can discuss more what the treatment would look like for the guardian’s situation.

How much your copay/coinsurance will be varies on your plan and (for some plans) if you have met your deductible for the year. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to ask these questions. I understand how anxiety provoking it can be to try to figure out the cost of services, and we can discuss it more during my free consultation.
